AIbility exists to close the gap between what AI promises and what actually works inside a real business — helping you adopt it safely, build with it confidently, and automate the everyday work that holds your team back.

Our mission

Our mission is to help businesses embed AI in a way that's practical, safe and genuinely useful — then hand it over so they own it. Most leaders can see what AI might do; the real work is getting it woven through everyday tasks, teams and systems without taking on risk. That's the gap we close — as a partner you lean on, not a supplier you're locked into, and without the jargon or the hard sell.

But we also want our work to count for more than efficiency. Technology shapes the world we all live in — the environment, the next generation, health, who gets included, how things are powered and moved, how the country is run. We want to be involved in the industries doing that work, and to help the businesses behind them use AI well. We're based in Manchester and work with businesses right across the North West of England.

AIbility is led by two founders who pair hands-on AI experience with real-world business know-how — so the advice you get is practical on both fronts.

Ryan Curran

Co-founder · AI & delivery

Manchester-based, Ryan has spent his career putting technology to work inside real businesses — building websites and web apps, implementing ERP and core systems, connecting them through integration, and turning data into reporting teams can act on, across cloud platforms like Azure and AWS. For the past year he's focused on embedding AI across software delivery, project management and day-to-day work, and leads how AIbility designs and builds with Claude.
