AI Consultancy for Yorkshire Businesses — Leeds, Sheffield and Beyond
We help owner-led businesses across Yorkshire put AI to work on the jobs that eat their week — without the hype and without locking them in. First we show you what it can do, tailored to your organisation; then we guide your team or build it alongside you.
Working with you in Yorkshire
Our goal is to help you adopt AI safely, consistently, easily and in a managed way.
Across the Pennines from our Manchester base, Yorkshire is an easy trip along the M62. We come to you for the days that matter — the tailored demo, training and hands-on build days in your office — and do the rest remotely, so the cost goes on the work, not the travel.
Whether you run an office team in Leeds, a warehouse off the M1, a science business in Sheffield or an independent in York, the starting point is the same: find the job that's quietly costing you the most time, show you AI handling it, and build from there at a pace your team is comfortable with.

Where we help
The work AI takes off your plate
Document creation
Proposals, quotes, reports, letters and briefs drafted in minutes from your own templates and notes — in your voice, checked by your people.
Automating processes
The repetitive jobs that eat the week — rekeying data, chasing information, sorting the inbox, preparing the same pack every month — handled for you.
Understanding your business
Clear answers from the information you already have — spreadsheets, systems and documents brought together so you can see what is really going on.
AI tooling setup
The right AI tools, set up properly for your whole team — accounts, access, connections to your systems and the guardrails that keep your data safe.

AI consultancy in Yorkshire — your questions answered
Do you cover Leeds, Sheffield and the rest of Yorkshire?
Yes. We work with businesses across West and South Yorkshire and beyond — Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Halifax, Sheffield, Barnsley, Rotherham, Doncaster, York and Harrogate — on site for the key days and remotely in between.
You're based in Manchester — does that matter for a Yorkshire business?
Not in practice. The days that need to be in the room happen in your office, and everything else happens over video. You get the same two people throughout, whichever side of the Pennines you're on.
Where do Yorkshire SMEs usually start with AI?
With one job that costs real time every week — drafting documents and reports, quoting, pulling numbers together, or rekeying information between systems. We show you AI doing that job on a free call or a tailored demo, then decide together whether to go further.
We also work across Manchester, Liverpool, Lancashire and Cheshire & Warrington.
