Are you an official Anthropic partner?
No. AIbility is an independent consultancy. We specialise in Claude because it's the model we trust most for serious work and the one we run our own business on, but we're not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic — and if another tool fits a job better, we'll say so.
Which Claude plan does a small business need?
It depends on the size of the team and what you want to do with it. For most businesses a business plan is the right starting point rather than personal accounts, because it adds central admin and controls. We'll help you choose on the free call, before you spend anything.
Can Claude work with the systems we already use?
Often, yes. Through MCP (Model Context Protocol) Claude can connect to tools like email, documents, spreadsheets and line-of-business systems, so it works with your real information rather than answering in a vacuum. We set those connections up with access scoped to what each job needs.
Do you only work in the North West?
We're based in Manchester and work on site across the North West and Yorkshire. Claude set-up and training also work well remotely, so we can help teams elsewhere in the UK too.
