How we work
See It Working First. Then We Build It With You.
Working with small and medium-sized businesses has taught us something simple: people make good decisions about AI once they've seen it handle their own kind of work. So we don't start with a strategy document or a sales pitch. We start by showing you what AI can do for your organisation — then help you put it to work.
Our goal
Our goal is to help you adopt AI safely, consistently, easily and in a managed way.
-
Safely
Guardrails from day one: what goes in, who checks what comes out, and your data kept under your control.
-
Consistently
One way of working across the whole team — shared tools and instructions, not everyone on their own personal account.
-
Easily
Plain English, set up for you and built around the work you already do. No technical knowledge needed.
-
In a managed way
A clear plan, a sensible pace and everything written down — so AI is something the business runs, not something that happens to it.
See what AI can do — for you
Most people have tried a chatbot. Very few have seen AI do a real job from their own working week. So that's where we start: before you commit to anything bigger, we set up a demonstration around your organisation — your kind of documents, your processes, the questions you ask of your own numbers.
We build it on realistic sample material, so you never have to hand over sensitive data to see it working. And we set the tools up properly for your team from day one, with sensible guardrails on what goes in and who checks what comes out.
Choose how we help
Once you've seen what's possible, you decide how you'd like to work with us. Some teams want to learn to do it themselves; others would rather we got stuck in on a specific part of the business. Most land somewhere in between, and that's fine — you can change your mind as you go.
We guide your team
Your people learn to use AI well and build their own tools, with us alongside.
- Hands-on training in plain English, built around real tasks from your business
- Playbooks and ready-to-use instructions your team keeps
- Help defining, testing and improving the tools your team creates
- Ground rules for safe, responsible use
We work on it directly
We roll our sleeves up on a specific area of the business and build it with you.
- A focused piece of work on one area, agreed and priced up front
- Built around how you actually work, connected to the tools you already use
- Tested on your kind of material before it goes near the real thing
- Handed over with guides, so your team runs it day to day
Where we help
The parts of the business we improve with AI
Whether you run an office team, a warehouse, a marketing or branding agency, a lab or an independent business, the biggest wins tend to sit in the same four places.
Document creation
Proposals, quotes, reports, letters and briefs drafted in minutes from your own templates and notes — in your voice, checked by your people.
Automating processes
The repetitive jobs that eat the week — rekeying data, chasing information, sorting the inbox, preparing the same pack every month — handled for you.
Understanding your business
Clear answers from the information you already have — spreadsheets, systems and documents brought together so you can see what is really going on.
AI tooling setup
The right AI tools, set up properly for your whole team — accounts, access, connections to your systems and the guardrails that keep your data safe.
Yours to keep
Whatever we build, your team owns. You get working tools, plain-English guides and the confidence to adjust them when the business changes. We stay on hand for support and the next improvement, but nothing depends on us — that's the point.

How we work — your questions answered
What happens in the tailored demo?
We set AI up around your organisation and show it doing real jobs from your working week — drafting the documents you write, handling a process you repeat, answering questions about your own kind of numbers. You see what it's capable of, on your kind of work, before you decide on anything bigger.
Do we have to hand over our data for the demo?
No. We build the demo on realistic sample material, so nothing sensitive leaves your business. If you'd like to see it on one of your own documents, we can do that too, with anything confidential removed first.
Should we choose training or having you build it?
Whichever suits how you want to hold AI. If you want your team to be self-sufficient, we guide and train them. If you'd rather we got stuck in on a specific area, we build it with you and hand it over. Most businesses do a bit of both, and you can change your mind as you go.
What does it cost?
The first call is free and carries no obligation. Everything after that is scoped and priced up front, in writing, before any work starts — so there are no surprises.
Which AI tools do you use?
Where AI is the answer we usually build on Claude, the model we trust most for serious work, and set it up properly for your team. But we recommend what genuinely fits your business and the systems you already run.
Do you come to us?
Yes. We're based in Manchester and work on site across Greater Manchester, Liverpool and Merseyside, Lancashire, Cheshire and Yorkshire for the days that matter — the demo, training and build days — and remotely in between.
