One source of truth

One Source of Truth for Finance, Stock and Operations

Run finance, stock, sales and operations from a single source of truth. We get an ERP selected, configured, migrated and rolled out around how you actually work — heavy lifting handled, your team brought along.

Sound familiar?

The problems we take off your plate

  • The business runs on spreadsheets that only one person fully understands.
  • Stock numbers in the system never quite match what is on the shelf.
  • You've outgrown the accounts package, but every ERP demo feels like buying a black box.
  • A previous ERP attempt stalled — half-implemented, half-trusted, fully resented.

How we help

Practical, hands-on — and yours to keep

Selection comes first, and it's driven by fit: how you quote, buy, make, store, sell and account for things — not by whichever vendor shouts loudest. We've implemented ERP for real businesses (see our case studies), so we know where projects go wrong: bad data, processes mapped to the demo instead of reality, and teams trained too late.

So we run it differently. Data is cleaned and migrated carefully from legacy systems and spreadsheets, processes are mapped to how you actually work, and your team is involved from the start — so by go-live the system already feels like theirs. We stay on after go-live until it sticks.

What's included

  • ERP selection, configuration and customisation
  • Data migration from legacy systems and spreadsheets
  • Process mapping and workflow design
  • Rollout, training and post-go-live support

FAQ

ERP Implementation — your questions answered

Which ERP do you recommend?

The one that fits how your business works — we're not tied to a vendor. Our founders have hands-on implementation experience, including Intact iQ for a multi-company distribution group, and we shortlist based on your processes, size and budget.

How long does an ERP implementation take?

Honestly: months, not weeks — typically somewhere between three months and a year depending on complexity, data quality and how much customisation is involved. We'll give you a realistic timeline after scoping, not a sales one.

How do you handle data migration?

Carefully and early. We extract data from your legacy systems and spreadsheets, clean and de-duplicate it, map it to the new structure, and test-load it well before go-live — because bad data is the most common reason ERP projects disappoint.

What happens after go-live?

We don't disappear. Rollout includes training built around each role, and we stay on for post-go-live support until the system is genuinely embedded — then hand over documentation so your team owns it.
